NEW REGISTRATION STEP
a) Follow the prompts and fill in the blanks. It is quite easy.
b) Process payment - Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (Credit or Debit Card) A Visa gift card will work as well if you are worried about your own credit card info.
c) Print the confirmation page with the bar code on it at end of application. A confirmation is also sent to the email address you provide immediately after registration is completed.*
Here are the fees:*
The total fee is $40.00, if age 7 or older, age 6 and under fee is waived. $30.00 goes to USA Hockey and $10.00 to Minnesota Hockey, this is one transaction for $40.00.
*New to the registration process this year is the requirement for participants (players, coaches and referees) to register and pay the USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey fees directly to USA Hockey.
Previously, Crow River Youth Hockey registered participants and collected the registration fees on behalf of USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey.
If a participant plays and coaches he/she pays only one registration fee. Example: If you coach and play in a men's league or if you coach and are also a referee, you only pay this fee once.
Need a computer? Try local library, school or a friend.
No credit card? A Visa gift card can be used, available almost everywhere. No option to mail in paper checks.
No email? Use a friend's e-mail address or the webmaster e-mail: mattdana@charter.net
The bar coded page that you are printing from USA Hockey will need to be e-mailed or mailed in with your consent to treat form. (found at crtigers.com).
