2011/2012 Season
Managers are required to submit a background check form. The screening process is on-line this year
To complete the form, follow these steps:
Go to http://www.minnesotahockey.org/
Go to Quick Links (Scroll down the page on the right hand side)
Click on "Screening"
Click "Register" link
You will be prompted to login using your NGIN account. (Please use the same account the was used for registering your CRYHA player(s). Complete and the forms and submit.
You will then receive an email confirmation which is what you need to send to Stacie Nelson at stacienelson@frontiernet.net
